CUF - Cornwall User Forum

Cornwall User Forum (CUF) is a forum for everyone in Cornwall who has had problems with drugs and or alcohol. It incorporates groups who give support and provide fun for all services including KWIT (Kernow Women in Touch) and Cornwall Hepatitis Support Group.
CUF’s vision is to provide a friendly, fun, lively and professional forum run by service users for service users. Their aim is to enable people to obtain and share information and learning and meet socially, develop confidence and have fun.

Cornwall Hepatitis C Support Group

Mission

To provide support, guidance and information for people who have been diagnosed with Hepatitis C, or are a partner or relative of someone with the virus. Their vision is to help sufferers and their families and partners wherever and however they can.

Aims:

  • to raise awareness of the virus and reduce stigma
  • to give up to date treatment and support
  • to promote testing
  • to provide education for the whole community
  • to provide information on how the virus is contracted
  • to promote awareness of the symptoms

K.W.I.T - Kernow Women In Touch

for alcohol and drug help and support

K.W.I.T is a lively support group for women in Cornwall who have had problems with alcohol and drug misuse. They have get-togethers and outings and make their views heard on improving services. Most of all they support each other and have fun.
